Entrada is a high growth Healthcare Information Technology Company based in Brentwood, TN. Entrada provides a clinical documentation solution that eases the pain for healthcare providers adopting an electronic health record system. Deployed on smartphones, web-based tools, and PCs, Entrada’s clinical documentation and information sharing technology protects productivity during EHR adoption by maintaining physicians’ natural, dictation-based workflow.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful implementation of Entrada’s solution for a growing client base. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and will work closely with both external and internal clients. Successful candidates will be able to work effectively on their own as well as within a small team environment, have strong communication skills, and enjoy learning new products and developing processes. They should be willing to put forth their own ideas in an open and creative environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leading the successful implementation of Entrada’s solution for new customers and upgrades for legacy customers
- Analyzing each client’s workflow requirements needed for implementation
- Developing workflow design and implementation plans
- Analyzing and documenting Entrada’s relationship to other client systems (Practice Management and Electronic Health Record) and coordinating the creation of any interfaces that need to be built
- Assist in development of standard documentation for implementation methods and customer training materials
- Lead client training sessions
- Analyze customer provided data to verify accuracy
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 year experience with installation and configuration of Healthcare IT applications. . Practice Management (PM), Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Transcription Systems are a plus.
- Experience in performing systems analysis and documenting system requirements, including data analysis and transaction walkthroughs
- Experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot technical issues (hardware, software, network, database)
- Knowledge of HL7 and other system interfaces is a plus
- Ability to comprehend database data structures across various systems (Entrada’s, Client’s PM and EHR’s)
- Strong technical writing, oral and written communication skills
- Flexible, capable of multi-tasking, and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Project, MS Visio and MS Excel) desired, SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong team player, ability to work well with peers and senior management
