Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing, prospecting and closing business with new clients within their assigned territory selling Entrada’s software solution to clinics, hospitals and surgery centers. The RSD will build relationships with administration and physicians to understand the needs of the client/prospective organization and in-turn propose the features and benefits of the Entrada software to provide solutions for those client needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have business-to-business healthcare I.T. sales experience, in an outside sales capacity, have familiarity with healthcare technology trends, and be comfortable discussing these issues at a senior executive level.

We require key experience, which includes:

  • Healthcare technology or services sales experience is required.
  • Substantial industry contacts strongly preferred, i.e. CEO, COO, CIO, CMIO contacts and / or their direct reports, within ambulatory, hospital and ASC environments.
  • Proven “hunter” with the ability to prospect and generate leads.
  • The available position will be based in the greater Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX or Houston, TX areas. Some travel required (40 percent). Relocation not provided.

Other qualifications include: Excellent verbal skills, confidence and poise in presenting to senior Healthcare / IT and provider executives; desire / ability to learn about new products; self-motivated and ability to work independently; team player; mature and established sales professional (8-15+ years); financially stable; sales experience to C-level executives, proven success with limited resources; highly adaptive.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Sales / Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

Compensation: Entrada offers a competitive salary plus commissions / incentives (OTE at 100% Quota: $175K-$200K, with upside beyond quota), stock options, paid vacation and holidays, medical and dental benefits.
