Entrada interfaces with both clinic schedules and hospital information systems to capture relevant demographics and populate a work list directly on the physician's computer or mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Windows7 phone). After an office visit or facility procedure/encounter, the physician selects the patient from this work list and dictates directly into the device. The note is automatically routed to Entrada’s data center where it is converted, via voice recognition technology, into a draft report. An expert editor (employed by Entrada or the client) reviews the note, makes any necessary edits, and finalizes the work.

Entrada then inserts the note into the client’s clinical system or data repository for the physician’s review and sign-off. The file is also available for signing through the MyEntrada™ portal, so doctors can review and electronically sign their charts remotely from any web-enabled device. Entrada then automatically inserts the note directly into multiple sections of a patient encounter within the EHR.
